I start by getting to know you—your travel style, wishlist, budget, and must-haves. This step can be done by phone, text, or email—whatever works best for you! Whether it’s a relaxing escape, an adventure-filled journey, or something in between, I will customize everything to fit your vision.

Working with us
Travel Insurance & Client Profile
Before confirming bookings, I’ll email you details about travel insurance options—giving you the opportunity to accept or decline coverage. I’ll also send a link to complete your secure client profile, which includes required details like names, ages, and passport information.
Custom Proposal
Once your planning fee is received, I will craft a personalized trip proposal for you to review. You’ll have the opportunity to request changes until it’s exactly what you want.
Booking & Confirmations
Once everything is approved, I’ll confirm and book your trip. You’ll then receive a finalized itinerary that includes booking details and confirmations from each of our trusted travel partners—so you can travel with peace of mind.
Planning Fees are non refundable and are due at the beginning of the planning process. Fees are based on trip length, complexity, number of travelers etc.
Additional fees may apply for rush bookings or a la carte services. All pricing will be provided during the intake step.
All services include access to a mobile app or PDF copy that outlines the details of your services booked and real-time flight tracking.
Budgets are discussed during the intake process to ensure your needs and wants align with the amount you wish to spend on your trip.

Cruise
Set sail on a curated voyage where world-class dining and breathtaking horizons meet at every port of call. Our cruise service handles every detail from cabin selection to shore excursions, ensuring your only responsibility is deciding which sunset view is your favorite.
Starting at $200 per room
Packages
Hotel Only
We provide 2 to 3 hotel options tailored for you within your budget.
This includes booking your accommodations and reaching out to the Partner before your arrival.
Ground transfers when available & car rental option
*Perks on your stay when available and varies by property
Hotel only bookings are complementary
Flights
Booking of flights alone or supplemental add on to your trip
We recommend you book all airfare directly with the airline.
I am able to look into flights and suggest options to fit in with your specific accommodations as well.
We can support booking al a carte airfare for a $50 ticketing fee,
however we are limited in our ability to service any mid-travel changes or interruptions to flight service.
We recommend clients review airfare pricing to insure it fits with the budget for your trip.
Custom Itinerary
Perfect for those who want to just pack their bags and show up on a getaway designed just for them!
Along with accommodations, this includes curated itinerary creation and management of your trip including transportation, activities, dining recommendations, and additional experiences.
Itinerary will be provided by link or an in-app experience while you’re on the go!
